Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to credit packs, subscription plans, and digital AI pet memorial video generation services purchased through PetMemorial AI.
2. Digital Services and Credits
PetMemorial AI provides instantly usable digital credits and AI generation services. Once credits are used to start a video generation task, cash refunds are generally not available. If a task fails because of a system error or service issue, unused credits for that task will be released or returned to your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing Issues
If you have questions about subscription charges, duplicate payments, or billing issues, contact support@petmemorialai.com within 7 days of payment. We will review your request based on account status, credit usage, and applicable law.
4. Dodo Payments Standard Refund Policy
When payments are processed through Dodo Payments, refund requests may also be subject to Dodo Payments' standard refund policy, payment network rules, and local legal requirements. If there is a conflict between platform policy and payment processor rules, applicable law and payment processor rules will apply.
5. How to Request Support
Email support@petmemorialai.com with your account email, order details, payment date, and a short description of the issue. We usually respond within 2 business days.
